Returns Policy:
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 15 days from receiving your item.
Return postage is at the buyer's cost and responsibility until it has arrived safely to us. We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked and signed for service to ensure they arrive to us and prevent from loosing it with the postal service.
  •        Returned products must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and in the original packaging.
  •           For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for products that have perfume, body odours, cigarette smell or makeup.
  • Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be seen as evidence of use.

Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria set out in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.



Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away. Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on the payment method used and who you bank with.



If you have any issues with your item or problems returning the item back to us within the required time frame, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Decisions on processing refunds outside of the 15-day return period will be at our discretion.
